Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 200 . PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

Director, licensing, monitoring & compliance department will be responsible for: (1) Advising tl
PERC on issuing licenses for utility service providers; (2) Formulating Council policy regarding
network Requirements, service quality, and public safety; (3) Overseeing all monitoring and enforceme activities of licensees
Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering, law, or business; prefer post-graduate degree electrical engineering
2-. 7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior excutive position
3-Private sector experience and/or public utility experience a strongplus
4-Fluency of English required
