Position:Program Coordinator

Purpose of the job:
-Set operational plans and programs to achieve the Network's goals and make sure that they are understood and appropriately implemented by all subordinates with full cooperation.
-Ensure proper implementation of all the Network's different programs & operations according to the approved action plans of the network, and the Board of Director's directions and advice.
-Fully coordinate with Gaza Strip Representanve'concerrring programs and planned activities imple¬mentation in Gaza,

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
-Optimize, implement and successfully manage operations efficiency and quality standards.
-Manage the day-to-day activities of the programs'Sflgaations (tilfruhg/researches, public
awareness and advocacy & lobbying) to ensure successful implementation.
-Supervise the creation of and direction ofthe Network's periodical leaflet; reports, data on the
Network and Microfinance sector.
-Participate in planning the Network's programs for the middle and short-term, based on the operation plans
and the on-going requirements and needs of the Network's members.
-Prepare1 and present periodical performance reports to the Board of Directors.
-In full cooperation and supervision by Board, work on maintaining productive relationships with
the Network's members' representatives, partners, donors, and all other parties having business
with the Network.
-Represent the NetWork, upon designation from board, workshops, conferences and
receptions that related to the Network's operations

Required Skills
Educaiion:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economy

Experience:
-At least 2-3 years in similar position.
-good knowledge in microfinance is preferable.

skills,Interpersonal skills and Languages:
-Fluency ib Arabic and English
-Very good computer skills,mainly in Microsoft Office package
-Very good communication skills

Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 200 . PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

PERC#2 Director, Tariff Department
Director of tariff department will'be responsible for providing technical support to all PERC units a required on tariff matters concerning the regulated utilities. This involves collecting and reviewing data and providing recommendations to the General Director on tariff requests to balance the interests of th consumers and the licensees.

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master's degree economics, finance, or accounting; prefer post-graduate degree
2-7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position
3-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
4-Knowledge of quantitative modeling and finance
5-Fluency of English required

Al-Maqdese for Society Development (MSD) is a social, civic, non-profit and nongovernmental
organization based in Jerusalem and work on defending Palestinians rights in the occupied Jerusalem.

Al-Maqdses needs to fulfill the following position:

Qualification required:
1-Blue ID holder.
2-BA degree (preferable master’s degree) in development, public relations, social science, human rights, business administration.
3-At least 3 years experience in NGOs work especially in public relation field.
4-Excellent knowledge of the Palestinians human rights needs and requirements in Jerusalem.
5-Good knowledge in the important roles of the NGOs sector in the development of the civil society.
6-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
7-Excellent experience in using major computer software, and other relevant software.
8-Excellent skills in time management and work planning and communications.
9-Excellent skills in writing in different complicated topics.
10-Excellent skills in writing reports and news in English and Arabic.
11-The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
