Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 200 . PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

PERC#2 Director, Tariff Department
Director of tariff department will'be responsible for providing technical support to all PERC units a required on tariff matters concerning the regulated utilities. This involves collecting and reviewing data and providing recommendations to the General Director on tariff requests to balance the interests of th consumers and the licensees.

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master's degree economics, finance, or accounting; prefer post-graduate degree
2-7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position
3-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
4-Knowledge of quantitative modeling and finance
5-Fluency of English required
